What are the individual expense policies for travel day expenses? 

• $100 max for meals per person on travel days ($25/breakfast, $25/lunch, $50/dinner)
• Employees are encouraged to use most cost effective manner for transportation costs (uber, parking, etc.)
• Reimbursements must be submitted by 8/15 with receipt.  Please download the Ramp app to upload a picture of your receipt instantaneously.

How will I transfer to the resort?

• Underdog Sports will arrange transportation to and from the resort to you.  

Will all activities be located onsite?

• Yes. A full list of activities and sign ups will be available soon. 

Is downtime provided?

• Yes. We are working on curating an itinerary to balance out time for networking, fun, and personal free time.
