Put your paws in the air and get pumped for the 2024 Underdog Company Offsite at Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg, NJ! To keep us all on the same page, here are the offsite rules of play:

• Please attend all regularly scheduled programming on the agenda; Underdog is bringing us all together so that we can connect with our colleagues and build positive momentum for the future of the company - please be present and actively engaged. Beyond the speaker track, Underdog is sponsoring company-wide activities; while participation in these events is not required, we encourage all employees to participate. 
• You are welcome to hang out and get to know your fellow Underdogs outside of the scheduled agenda - we want you to have fun and bond with your fellow colleagues, but please stay professional. 
• Both illegal and legal substances that are used in a way that will alter your state of mind are prohibited. Alcohol may be permitted if you meet the legal drinking age during specific times throughout the event, but please drink responsibly. If you are unsure about what activities are prohibited, please reach out to hr@underdogfantasy.com
• Please follow all rules that are posted and/or provided at the resort. If you violate an Underdog policy or resort rule, we may ask you to leave the offsite.
• The offsite is a work event, all employees who are in attendance will receive their regular pay for time spent at the offsite. If you have any questions please reach out to hr@underdogfantasy.com
• Dress Code: Temperatures at Crystal Springs Resort will be between 70-90 degrees Fahrenheit with high humidity. Underdog attire is welcomed and encouraged. Please be sure to bring appropriate attire for any activities that you may be participating in (e.g. field day, hiking, yoga, etc.) Beyond that, please be comfortable, keep cool, and wear outfits that are work appropriate.
• As a reminder, the Underdog Rules of Play Handbook continues to apply while employees are attending the offsite.
