We’re excited to welcome you to the Fieldwire event!Below is everything you need to know to get to and from The Village at Palisades Tahoe smoothly.

ARRIVING TO RENO
Base Camp Transportation is providing shuttles from Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) to:
The Village at Palisades Tahoe
1960 Olympic Valley Road, Olympic Valley, CA 96146
Here’s what to do when you land:
- Head to Baggage Claim
- Look for a greeter from Base Camp Transportation holding a Fieldwire sign
- They’ll direct you to your shuttle
- If they’re not immediately there, they’re likely assisting another traveler—hang tight nearby
- Once directed, exit through Door D
- Walk straight across the crosswalk to connect with your shuttle driver (also holding a Fieldwire sign)
Don’t want to wait? You can also head straight to Exit Door D and meet the chauffeur outside across the crosswalk.

DEPARTING THE VILLAGE
Your departure time back to the Reno airport is listed in the Departures tab (Column G) of the flight manifest.
Be ready at least 15 minutes before your shuttle departs to ensure everyone gets to the airport on time.
BAY AREA BUS DETAILS
There will be ONE bus picking up passengers at TWO locations. Please review the below details carefully.
PICKUP #1 MILLBRAE
200 North Rollins Road, Millbrae, CA 94030
Loading Begings: 7:00 AM | 
Depart: 7:45 AM
Where to Meet the Fieldwire Shuttle at Millbrae
Once parked:
- Head to the East Plaza Busway on the first floor (east side) of the Millbrae parking garage. This is the main shuttle stop location for Bay Area bus services
- You’ll find the charter bus—boarding starts at 7:00 AM, departure at 7:45 AM.
Pro tip: Reserve spots on levels 3–5, dedicated to reserved parking users . From there, it’s a short walk back down to the East Plaza.
PICKUP #2 WALNUT CREEK
200 Ygnacio Valley Road, Walnut Creek, CA 94596
Loading Begins: 9:00 AM | 
Depart: 9:45 AM
Where to Meet the Fieldwire Shuttle at Walnut Creek
Once parked:
- Head to the Bus Transit Center just west of the Walnut Creek BART station. This area is adjacent to Ygnacio Valley Road and located beneath or near the South Garage’s transit plaza.
- You’ll find the charter bus at the passenger loading zone—boarding starts at 9:00 AM, with departure at 9:45 AM.
Pro tip: Park in the North Garage reserved levels, then follow signs or use pedestrian paths to reach the busway area on the station’s west side. Give yourself 5–10 minutes to walk from your parking spot to the shuttle pickup point.
How to Get a Multi-Day (Reserved) Parking Pass
To park for multiple days (up to 20 weekdays):
- Download the BART Official App (iOS or Android).
- Create an account and add your vehicle’s license plate.
- Tap the “Parking” tab, then select “Single/Multi‑Day” under Reserved Parking.
- Choose Millbrae Station or Walnut Creek Station, then pick each date you’ll need parking (weekends are free).
- Complete the payment ($6–7.80/day, varies by weekday peak)
- No need to print anything—BART uses your license plate for enforcement
Alternate option: you can also reserve online via BART’s parking website (follow the “Reserved parking” link)
- Complimentary boxed lunches will be distributed at the Walnut Creek Station for all passengers
- Parking is available at both locations but should be reserved in advance.
- Getting dropped off? No parking fee—just arrive on time and hop on the bus.

DEPARTURE DETAILS!
As Camp Fieldwire wraps up, here’s everything you need to know about leaving The Village at Palisades Tahoe on Wednesday, July 23.
BAY AREA RETURN BUS
There will be ONE return bus stopping at both Walnut Creek and Millbrae stations.
Please be ready with your bags and in the pickup area by 12:15 PM
Loading Begins: 12:30 PM
Bus Departs The Village: 1:00 PM
Boxed lunches will be provided on board for all Bay Area travelers.
Stop 1: Walnut Creek Station
200 Ygnacio Valley Rd, Walnut Creek, CA
Estimated Arrival: 5:00 PM
~20-minute offload Stop 2: Millbrae Station
200 North Rollins Road, Millbrae, CA
Estimated Arrival: 6:20 PM
NEED TO GET TO SFO FROM MILLBRAE?
Millbrae Station connects directly to San Francisco International Airport (SFO) via BART:
From the bus drop-off, head into the Millbrae BART Station, located right next to the East Plaza Busway.
Purchase a ticket at the kiosk or use a Clipper card/app (fare is ~$5.15).
Board the Yellow Line (Antioch–SFO/Millbrae) train.
- Make sure it’s heading toward SFO (some go toward Daly City—check the signs).
- Ride 1 stop southbound (~3 minutes).
- Arrive inside the SFO International Terminal—easy access to all check-in areas.
RENO AIRPORT SHUTTLES
If you're flying out of RNO on July 23, your departure time from the venue is listed in the “Departures” tab (Column G) of the flight manifest.
- Be ready 10–15 minutes before your shuttle departure to keep everything running smoothly.
Please do not opt for a later shuttle. Please check with the onsite team first if you want to switch—vehicles are assigned by group size and space may be tight.
You may join an earlier shuttle if there is room.
