🕛12:10 PM - 2:30 PM📍Aerial Tram Entrance – you will be greeted by your guide at the check-in stanchions.

Geocachers can ride Palisades Tahoe's scenic Aerial Tram, departing from the Olympic Valley base area up to High Camp, el. 8200ft, to find 6 caches hidden among the mountain's peaks using GPS coordinates. Hiking ability range from moderate to above moderate. For this activity you will want to pack comfortable shoes and July appropriate clothing, it will be warm!

📣Optional items should include: sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, day pack, water bottle.

Step into the alpine intrigue of our Tahoe Murder Mystery, where teams work together to unravel a chilling whodunit. Follow a winding trail of clues, red herrings, and dead ends as you collaborate, connect, and sharpen your detective instincts. With every theory tested and every lead explored, you’ll inch closer to unmasking the culprit—if your team can crack the case in time.

For this activity you will want to pack comfortable shoes and July appropriate clothing, it will be warm and we will host this experience partially indoor / outdoor.

CYOA | Scenic Bike Tour with a ride ambassador (offsite - 72 minute commute time round trip )   Full List of Participants 

🕦11:35 AM - 2:30 PM📍Olympic Valley Loading Zone

Bike Big Blue! East Shore Bike Trail (8 miles round trip) The new East Shore Bike Trail is a spectacular paved bike and multi-use path that wraps around the Northshore of Lake Tahoe. Riders can cycle the ample bike path for 2.5 miles towards Sand Harbor, enjoying stops at Hidden Beach or Memorial Beach along the way. Checkout incredible vistas from Memorial Point and other overlooks. On the way back, visit the opulent curb appeal of the homes on tree-lined Billionaire’s Row.

For this activity you will want to pack comfortable shoes and July appropriate clothing, something comfortable and flexible for bike riding. It will be warm!

CYOA | Aerial Adventure at Tahoe Treetop Nature Park (offsite- 30 minute commute time round trip) Full List of Participants 

🕦11:45 AM - 3:30 PM📍Olympic Valley Loading Zone

Each course starts with an initial tree platform accessed by a vertical climb, inclined ramp, or zip line.

Participants will navigate rope swings, wobbly bridges, swinging logs, tightropes, cargo nets, horizontal climbing walls, and more as they progress through a variety of bridges/events to consecutive tree platforms. Occasionally, instead of a bridge/event will be a zip line to the next tree platform. Most courses consist of approximately 7 to 12 tree platforms and events between them with an Adventure Park consisting of 5 to 10 courses, totaling 70+ tree platforms. It’s a fun and thrilling experience right in the midst of nature.

We have courses to accommodate all levels of athleticism, from easy to quite challenging. The course we offer Fieldies will be inclusive for all abilities, however for your safety and the safety of our guides, there is a 260 lbs weight limit for this excursion.

CYOA | Kayak & Paddle Board North Lake Tahoe (offsite - 60 minute commute time round trip) Full List of Participants

Get ready to hit the water with a guided kayak and stand-up paddleboard experience on the crystal-clear shores of North Lake Tahoe! Located at the Tahoe Vista Recreation Area, this peaceful beach offers shaded picnic areas, restrooms, and stunning views. You'll enjoy time with a guide to get you started, then explore the open waters at your own pace with your team!
