Why

This is our first Offsite!

 

It's an exciting opportunity to connect, collaborate and really get to know each other! Through team-building activities and open conversations, we’ll deepen our connections and foster a sense of camaraderie that will carry into our daily work. Together, we’ll identify the values, strengths and culture that make us unique, helping shape the company that we want to continue building. We’ll also create a space for honest feedback and listening, ensuring everyone feels heard and valued.

 

Goals

Participants will spend time with their core teams, some of us meeting each other for the very first time. You'll also have lots of downtime to enjoy the beautiful resort. We’ll take time to celebrate our successes and have fun together, returning with renewed energy and a clear sense of purpose. By the end of the retreat, we’ll all leave with a stronger sense of connection and a deeper understanding of each other and Eleven's mission!

Hotel Check-in 

Check-in time: 3:00 PM

Check-out time: 12:00 PM

Upon your arrival, please note the Kempinski Hotel will require you to provide a personal credit card and passport for check-in. 

If you are arriving early/before 3:00 PM, Kempinski Hotel will provide luggage storage for your belongings until your room is ready.
