:car: Important Notes on Transportation

  • Transportation is covered May 11–16.
  • All transfers are private and pre-arranged
  • Each traveler may bring one suitcase and one carry-on - if you have additional luggage please contact @Denae Kohler ASAP so adjustments can be made.

:airplane: Arrival Instructions (May 11–16)

  • Cancun Airport has three terminals (T2, T3, T4), based on your airline.

:man-walking: If you arrive May 11

  • There are NO greeters this day but transportation is still arranged.
  • To find your ride, exit the terminal building after customs and proceed directly to the designated pickup area outside your arrival terminal - look for Cancun Shuttle. If you don't see them, then contact Cancun Shuttle directly via:

:handshake: If you arrive May 12

  • After clearing immigration and customs, exit the terminal and look for a greeter in a bright orange vest from Cancun Shuttle (reference image attached)
  • You’ll be directed to your vehicle—possible 10–20 minute wait for other travelrs to pass through customs once you've checked in with your driver

:warning: Important: Please remain at your arrival terminal - transportation will come to you.:bulb: Tips for Getting Through Customs in Cancun

  • Keep your passport and customs forms easily accessible.
  • You may be asked to press a traffic light button:
    • Green = go ahead
    • Red = baggage check
  • Avoid bringing large quantities of food, alcohol, or non-labeled medications.
  • Be aware: Timeshare, transportation, and tour sales reps may approach you after customs—keep walking until you reach your Cancun Shuttle greeter.

:airplane: Departure Instructions (May 11–16)

  • Return transfers are also covered May 14, 15, 16
  • Be in the main hotel lobby (near the bellboys) 5–10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time (see Flight Manifest Column G for pickup time)
  • Drivers will arrive and look for you directly—no need to confirm.
