Egencia Profile Setup:
When creating your Egencia account make sure you use your full legal name as it appears on your passport. You can also add your Known Traveler Number (KTN) and airline loyalty numbers, if applicable.
Flight Guidelines:
- Arrival: Arrive before 2:00 PM on May 12, 2025, at Cancun International Airport (CUN)
- Departure: Depart on May 15 or May 16, 2025
- Some individuals may have different arrival or departure dates for business continuity purposes
- Flight Cost Limits:
- Non-USA Employees: Up to $1,200 per person
- USA Employees: Up to $600 per person
- Guests: Cost is at your discretion but not covered by the company
Flight Policies:
- Flights over the cost limit will be flagged as “out of policy.” If this is your best option, please proceed with booking—your request will be sent to Makini Borde for approval. She will have 72 hours to approve or decline your request.
Passport Note:
Your passport must be valid for the entirety of your trip. However, it is recommended that your passport expiration date is valid for a minimum of 6 months after your travel dates to avoid any potential travel restrictions.
