Transportation and Travel: CoinTracker 2024 Offsite

For arrivals, CoinTracker will provide transportation for you from the MEX airport to the hotel.

For departures, please book an Uber using your Rippling CC (or personal CC for int’l employees) and submit for expense.

Day-Of Instructions and Information:

1. When You Land at MEX

Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, holding a CoinTracker sign. After immigration and luggage collection, they'll escort you to the hotel.

2. Driver Contact & Pick-Up Info

The transportation company will have your contact information. Your driver will contact you if there are any issues; otherwise, meet them in arrivals.

3. Flight Delays

The transportation company will track delays and adjust accordingly. You do not need to inform anyone of your delay.

4. Flight Cancellations & Missed Connections

If your flight is canceled or you miss a connection, avoid vouchers unless for immediate needs. The airline should rebook you at no extra cost.

5. If You Can't Get Rebooked

Request a partial cancellation for the affected part of your trip to receive airline credit. Use that credit to book a new flight for the canceled leg.

6. Immigration Questions

When entering Mexico, immigration officials may ask you:

The purpose of your visit? Group/team offsite event
How long you plan to stay? Provide your dates
Where you will be staying? Hotel Galeria Plaza Reforma

7. Navigating Mexico City Airport

Please arrive 3 hours early, the Mexico City airport can be tricky to navigate, gates may change often—ask staff with clipboards for the latest info and show your flight details for assistance.

8. Departures Instructions

CoinTracker is not providing organized transportation from the Hotel to MEX on your departure date. Please self-organize an Uber to the airport. Safe travels, and we can’t wait to see you at the offsite!
