HEALTH & SAFETY
- Stomach and intestinal medication: Antacids, laxatives, Pepto-Bismol, Tums, Imodium, or activated charcoal tablets
- Pain and fever medication: Acetaminophen, ibuprofen, or aspirin
- Motion sickness medication: Dramamine
- Antihistamine: Allergy medication
- Cold and flu medication: Decongestants, cough suppressants, or throat lozenges
- Skin irritation medication: 1% hydrocortisone cream
- For your safety, only drink bottled water while traveling
