🛩️For those not flying on either group flight out of DFW or Austin, please book your round-trip travel to and from Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD).

• Flight cost should be no more than $700. If you are not able to find flights within this range, please contact Jenni or Kersten.
• For your convenience, it is recommended that a company credit card be used for your flight purchase. 
• Flights purchased on a personal card may be submitted for reimbursement through Expensify the month after purchase.

🚎 Group transportation will be offered from (ORD). Carpool schedule will be posted after flights are booked and registration window closes. Please check back for updates.

• When you arrive, please expect to wait up to an hour before departure to venue
• Please expect to be on the shuttle bus for at least an hour.
