Travel Day Guidelines
Here’s what to know before you go:
See Flight Manifest for your transportation assignment.
There are two tabs: Arrivals and Departures—be sure to check both. Transportation assignments listed in Column H of both tabs.
Important Note on Ubers (you can also use Lyft)
- If you are assigned GROUP transportation, please use it—Uber/lyft rides will NOT be reimbursed if you are assigned GROUP transportation.
- If you are assigned UBER, you will be responsible for booking your own Uber/lyft and it WILL be reimbursed.
Booking Your Uber (if applicable)
Only book an Uber if designated in the Flight Manifest
- Arrival into SLC:
- Wait until you land to book your Uber — SLC is a large airport with plenty of availability. If you prefer to schedule in advance, do so before boarding your final flight into SLC (not a layover) in case of delays.
- Departure from SLC:
- See Column I (Departures tab) for your suggested departure time. Pre-book your Uber a few hours ahead or the day before — the airport is an hour away, and last-minute rides can be risky.
Arrival Instruction for GROUP transportation
Group transportation is provided for arrivals on May 12 ONLY GROUP Arrival Instructions:
- Greeters with “NAVA” signs will be at baggage claim.
- They’ll direct you to Pick-Up Location 5A, one level down.
- Vehicles will have the Utah Mountain Shuttle logo
- Need help connecting with transportation? Call/text 801-298-2191.
Some travelers may have longer wait times due to group scheduling. Please be patient and stay in touch with your driver.
Departure Instructions for GROUP transportation
Group transportation is provided for departures on May 14 & 15 ONLY
Timing:
Shuttles are scheduled to get you to the airport 1.5–2 hours before your flight. See Column I in the Departures tab for the times transportation will be at the venue to pick you up.
Please be ready and in the meeting area 5-10 minutes before your schedule pickup time.
NOTE: Some travelers will arrive earlier than needed, this is also due to group scheduling—thank you for your flexibility!
Flight Delays or Cancellations
If your flight to SLC is delayed, canceled, rebooked, contact @Denae Kohler via text (336) 480-7495 with your name, “Nava,” and updated flight info so transportation can be adjusted as needed.
