Where are we staying?

What are the accommodations like?

You can checkout the accommodations here. Please note we are not taking requests. All attendees will be randomly assigned a single room at Sorrento.

Will I have my own room?

Are attendees permitted to bring guest(s)?

Yes your family is welcome to come and stay in your hotel room. Please note that all plus-ones will have to pay for occupancy taxes, fees, and meals on their own. Only CoinTracker employees are permitted during scheduled company dining and activities. If you plan to bring additional guests, you must notify Tianni Johnson from The Offsite Co. within 24 hours of completing your RSVP.

Can I stay pre/post retreat dates?

Of course, but again, you are liable for all expenditures pre/post retreat dates for you and all guests joining. Including but not limited to: room rates, taxes & fees, meals, and excursions. *no reimbursement exceptions made for team members staying outside of retreat dates. If you would like to do so, please contact Tianni Johnson from The Offsite Co. within 24 hours of completing your RSVP.

When am I to fly in and to what airport?

How do I book my flight?

How will I transfer to and from the resort?

We are arranging carpool groups, folks will take ubers with their groups from the airport to the hotel. More info coming to the transportation page soon!

Can I drive to the retreat instead?

Driving is entirely up to you, but we will need to arrange for a parking spot at the resort. When you RSVP, please specify "driving or flying" when you approach the question.

Will all activities be located on site?

There will be a mix of onsite and offsite activities. Agenda page with full itinerary coming soon.

Will I be selecting my activities?

This is past due – you can see the activities you've signed up for by logging into your Swoogo account. If you need to make changes, proactively flag for Christine.

Is downtime provided?

Are all activities required?

All activities and excursions are optional. You are welcome to explore at your leisure if you do not wish to participate.

Who do I go to for questions?

What happens if I get sick while in Seattle?

Please alert @Christine on Slack and your manager and stay in your hotel room. Any shared health information will be kept private but please do let them know so that they can provide assistance should you need it and ensure you are getting meals. Your safety and health are important to us!
