Each guest has their own accommodations.

• Standard check-in time: 4:00 PM
• When you arrive you will be asked to provide your first, last name, photo ID and your CC for incidentals.
• Please expect a $100 nightly hold on the CC you put on file for incidentals. This will be released when you check out.
• If you have extended your stay outside of retreat dates, you will be asked to put a personal card on file for your room and incidentals for the extended nights. Note: you needed to receive a confirmation from Tianni if your requested extension was approved. 
• If you have an early check-in request, the hotel will be notified, but they cannot guarantee early check-ins. They will do their best to get everyone settled into their accommodations as quickly as possible.
• If you arrive early the hotel will tag and hold your bags until your room is ready. Feel free to explore Seattle while you wait!
