Each guest has their own private standard single queen bed. 
When you arrive you will be asked to provide your first, last name, photo ID and your CC for incidentals. If you have extended your stay outside of programming dates of November 3, 2024 - November 8, 2024, you will be asked to put a card on file for your room and incidentals for the extended nights. 

Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM 

• If you have an early check-in request, the hotel will be notified, but they cannot guarantee early check-ins. They will do their best to get everyone settled into their accomodations as quickly as possible
• If you arrive early the hotel will tag and hold / deliver your bags to your room when it is ready. You will have access to hotel amenities while you wait.
• You can dine at: Roof Garden, Almara, or Plaza Restaurant if you arrive early and are looking for a bite to eat and you can use your corporate card and submit for reimbursement - please save all receipts.
